About Jim Corbett
India's first national park, established in 1936, spans sal forests, grasslands and the Ramganga river — home to tigers, elephants and over 600 bird species. Resorts line the park's buffer zones at Dhikala, Bijrani and Jhirna.
Best Time to Visit
November to June for safaris; core zones close during monsoon (July–October). Winter mornings are cold — carry warm layers for early safaris.
